WICR, "West Indo-Caribbean Radio", is a Part 15 AM community radio station broadcasting in Richmond Hill, in the Queens, New York borough of New York City.
The station broadcasts over the air at 1620 AM as per provisions under 47 C.F.R. Part 15 via a network of FCC Certified Synchronous low-power AM Transmitters, and on the internet at icrradio.com. Its broadcasting is targeted towards the Indo-Caribbean American diasporas. Richmond Hill is the center of Indo-Caribbean / South Asian-origin immigrants in New York City from the Caribbean, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Surinam and South Asia. Its daily programming includes News, Cricket, Bollywood and Indo-Caribbean music, and community affairs programs.
