I've seen a model arguing that it is a bootstrap ANOVA test. The model is not what I knew. I tried to find if the model is a valid or not, but failed. The procedure is as follows:

  1. sample given data with replacement n times and do ordinary ANOVA test for each n samples, getting p-values

  2. sort p-values: $p_1leq p_2 leq dots leq p_n$

  3. compare $p_i$ with $fracinalpha (1leq ileq n)$ where $alpha$ is a fdr rate

  4. average the number of $p_i$'s smaller than $fracinalpha$ and reject if the mean is greater than 0.5

Thank you.
