The question asks us to find $B_2$ and $B_3$, so I plugged in the formula for the Beta matrix which equals to $(X'X)^-1(X'y)$; however, the resulting matrix only shows 2 betas so I only found $B_1$ and $B_2$. I am confused at this point can anyone explains to me how to solve this problem? Am I missing something? Thanks in advance!
